ASES Tech Warranty Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Coverage and Duration

All products imported and sold by ASES Tech come with a warranty period of 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years, depending on the product and selection at the time of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note that this warranty applies only to products imported directly by ASES Tech.

2.⁠ ⁠Warranty Terms

During the warranty period, ASES Tech will repair or replace, at no extra charge, parts of a product found to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials.

3.⁠ ⁠Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Products not imported by ASES Tech, even if purchased from other shops.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage due to lack of proper maintenance or mishandling.

4.⁠ ⁠Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) indicating the product was purchased from ASES Tech or an authorized distributor of ASES Tech-imported products.
Description of the issue.
Contact information for follow-up.

5.⁠ ⁠Limitations of Liability

ASES Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes arising from it will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh's courts.
